Reason Magazine just gave the Compact for America Initiative huge coverage!
This in-depth interview is a bit raw, but true to the nearly hour and a half long conversation I had with its author Brian Doherty; and the case for the Compact for a Balanced Budget is made clearly and succinctly (or so I’m told from the many favorable responses posted on social media).
I hope you enjoy reading this interview as much as I enjoyed giving it.
And if you’d like to follow up with any questions, I’m happy to answer all that come my way!
The campaign to educate the Libertarian community about the Compact for America Initiative will continue on July 10th at FreedomFest, where we will be hosting a panel on Article V, as well as a breakout session walkthrough the Compact for a Balanced Budget.
Why Libertarians? Why not? Well, part of the reason is that many folks in the libertarian world have misconceptions about Article V and they could be strong allies if educated!
Stay tuned for more details!
And please consider sponsoring our educational events at Freedom Fest! We need a gift of approximately $20,000 to cover the cost of sending 4 team members, setting up an exhibition booth with necessary materials, organizing an Article V debate panel and a breakout session.
You can make a donation at our website via paypal!
Very truly yours,
